A Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians on Nov. 26 initiates “Solidarity in Suffering,” a week of awareness and education that runs through Dec. 3.

Archons host the 3rd International Conference on Religious Freedom:
The Order of St. Andrew, Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate sponsor and organize the third International Conference on Religious Freedom to be held Dec. 4-6 in Washington, D.C. “Persecution of Christians in the Holy Lands and the Middle East: Consequences and Solutions,” will be the overarching theme.
This is the third such conference held by the Archons on religious freedom, with the previous two held in Brussels, Belgium, in 2010 and Berlin, Germany, in 2013.

Christian students are once again at out spreading the cheer this holiday season for gift shoppers!

Complete your gift shopping and enjoy holiday entertainment when Chattanooga Christian School hosts a Holiday Market and Variety Show on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 1-2, at the school, 3614 Charger Drive.
The market is open from 5 to 7 p.m. both nights, followed by a student variety show from 7 to 9 o’clock. Admission to the market is free; a variety show ticket is $5.
Food Bank Receives 75K from Walmart in Westchester County NY
Walmart is clearly feeling the holiday spirit because they just donated 75k to a Westchester County NY area food bank.
The White Plains store manager John Ruggieri speaking in regards to the donation said:
“At Walmart, we’re committed to partnering with local organizations that help build strong communities,” Ruggieri said. “The Food Bank for Westchester’s incredible work results in healthy meals for hungry families throughout the local area and we are thrilled to support their mission.”
