Research proves popular intermittent fasting diet is just another scam

Another trendy diet is a scam? I’m almost surprised to hear that. Looks like diet and exercise is still the only thing that works aside from surgery.

The study by researchers from the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) found that those who intermittently fasted for 12 weeks only lost a half-pound more than a group of people who ate normally.

Apparently some of the participants lost muscle as an added bonus. In the end this diet proved to be nothing more than snake oil and self-delusion.
