Yes it’s a hard truth that Crisis Actors do exist, yes even children, but they are not what conspiracy theorists have popularized. Typically crisis actors play hostages, patients, witnesses to crimes, terrorists as well as various other criminal elements.
They play an important role in helping first responders train for potential real world events. It is due to this training that they are so readily equipped to take on whatever is needed to protect the public.
