Serial Killer Reginald McFadden Interview
Reginald McFadden (February 23, 1953 – March 6, 2023) was an American serial killer responsible for a string of sexual assaults and two murders in New York’s Rockland and Nassau counties in 1994.
These crimes began just 92 days after his release on parole for a rape-murder he committed as a juvenile in Pennsylvania.
His subsequent life sentence for the New York offenses sparked significant reforms in Pennsylvania’s parole and clemency processes for juvenile offenders, with New York implementing comparable changes to its systems.
