Did you know Walmart sells organic food? They actually do and they carry over 1600 organic items on their shelves. Like with all things there are some good and some bad but someone else got to do all of the legwork for us.
Fruits and Vegetables You Should Buy Organic (Dirty Dozen)
When starting my organic diet I found myself wondering what fruits and vegetables should I buy organic? Did it matter? I found that it did and the list you’ll find below is known as the Dirty Dozen or in other words, try your best to find these items in the organic section of your grocery store.
Organic Fruits:

- Cherries
- Grapes
- Nectarines

- Strawberries
Organic Vegetables:
- Celery
- Bell Peppers

- Potatoes
- Spinach
